New HVAC Chiller Systems for Government Center

To All Bidders:
Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes,
additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in
accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence
over anything shown or described otherwise.
Please be advised that the bid opening has been rescheduled to Monday, January 9,
2017 at 2:30 p.m. All prospective bidders must submit their bid by said date. Also, be
advised that the deadline for questions and site visits has also be extended to Friday,
December 23, 2016 by 5:00 p.m.
The pre-bid attendance requirement remains in effect. The City will only accept a bid
from those contractors that were in attendance at the pre -bid meeting held on
September 29, 2016.
Bid Opening: Monday, January 9, 2017 at 2:30 p.m.
Questions/Site Visits due by: Friday, December 23, 2016 at 5:00 p.m.
