To All Bidders:
Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes,
additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in
accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence
over anything shown or described otherwise.
¾ Clarifications:
• The RFQ is asking that each page has to be numbered with the proposers
name and RFQ number. What do we do with the affidavits since they are
numbered and they are original signatures?
No need to number those pages, just include them as part of the contract
documents.
