To All Bidders:
Bidders for the above referenced project shall take note of the following changes, additions, deletions,
clarifications, etc to the Plans and Specifications, which in accordance with the Contract Documents shall become
a part of and have precedence over anything shown or described otherwise.
Section II. General Information, Paragraph A. Schedule of Events is hereby revised as follows:

Responses by City June 6, 2014
Bid Packages Due June 30, 2014
Presentations by Proposers July 10, 2014
City Commission Award July 17, 2014
Contract Negotiations Commence on or after July 23, 2014
Notice to Proceed Within 90 days of Award
Each proposer will be allowed 30 minutes for presentations followed by 15 minutes for questions and
answers. The City will make available a screen and associated connections if needed. Proposers are to
provide their own electronic devices for the present ation.
