Construction of the North Bay Road Pedestrian Emergency Bridge

To All Bidders:
Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes,
additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in
accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence
over anything shown or described otherwise.
Please be advised that the Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting for this project has been
rescheduled from Thursday, December 4, 2014 to Wednesday, January 14,
2015 at 10:00 a.m.
Please be advised that the Bid Opening for this project has also been
rescheduled. Bids will now be due on Thursday, February 5th, 2014 at 2:30
p.m.
As a result of these changes, the final day to submit questions for clarification are
due no later than Friday, January 23, 2015.
Below is an updated bid timeline:
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at 10:00
a.m.
Request for Clarifications: Friday, January 23, 2015
Bid Opening: Thursday, February 5th, 2014 at 2:30 p.m.
