Construction of the North Bay Road Pedestrian Emergency Bridge

To All Bidders:
Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes,
additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in
accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence
over anything shown or described otherwise.
In order to provide adequate responses to the numerous “Requests for
Clarifications”, the City has decided to reschedule the bid opening for this project.
All bids are now due on Monday, April 20, 2015 at 2:30 p.m.
City staff is also finalizing negotiations on outstanding items regarding the Right-
of-Way.
Revised plans and RFI responses shall be issued as a future amendment prior to
bid opening.
