To All Bidders:
Bidders for the above-referenced project shall take note of the following changes,
additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in
accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence
over anything shown or described otherwise.
Please note that Section 2.3 has been amended to read as follows:
Initial contract term is expected to start upon City Commission’s approval and
continue through the expiration of the third year support and maintenance
period. The City, at its sole option, may renew the contract for two (2) one-year
renewal terms.
