A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING VICTORIA
FLORENCIA CIPRIANI TO FILL THE-VACANCY ON THE CITY
ADVISORY COMMITTEE; PROVIDING FOR APPROVAL BY THE
CITY COMMISSION; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on December 15, 2016 via Resolution No. 2016-2637 the City Commission
appointed Michael Ducote to serve as a member of the City Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, Michael Ducote tendered his resignation effective May 12, 2017, leaving a
vacancy on the City Advisory Committee; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Filling of City Advisory Committee Vacancy. The Mayor hereby nominates and
the Commission approves Victoria Florencia Cipriani to fill the vacancy on the City Advisory
Committee.
Section 2. •Effective Date. This Resolution will become effec ' - upon adoption.

The attached resolution is presented for your approval,
REASONS:
A vacancy occurred on the City Advisory Committee as a result of
committee member Michael Ducote's resignation. Mayor Scholl, who
appointed Michael Ducote, wishes tp appoint Victoria Florencia Cipriani
to fill the vacancy.
