The City of Sunny Isles Beach has determined that it is the best interest of the City to
reject all bids, in response to Invitation to Bid #17-05-01 City Wide Landscape
Maintenance Services, pursuant to the Code of Ordinance § 62-7(4). The rejection
is based on the need of the City to reassess its landscape requirements and removal
of debris after Hurricane Irma.
The City intends to reissue a new Invitation to Bid within the subsequent months.
Vendors are encouraged to monitor the City's Purchasing webpage,
https://www.sibfl.net/procurement/ and/or https://www.demandstar.com/ for an
upcoming solicitation regarding such services.
