Seaboard Rd, North Miami Beach, FL 33169. Given the location's close proximity to the access points needed to promptly respond & Downtown Towing's local municipal contracts Downtown Towing is extremely confident in its ability to fulfill all the needs of this solicitation/contract. Downtown Towing has invested in an IT ® infrastructure and has over 15 HD cameras canvasing the property in conjunction with access controls that ensure safe keeping and elite supervision. This dedication to security and service, is only but a part the reason for the current relationships with most local municipalities. With over 40,000 square feet of outside storage. The inside storage facility is equipped with two lifts. Downtown Towing has over 1,500 square feet of inside storage for the sole use of this contract. Her values and core beliefs have 1 molded the company in to a highly respectable organization. ® Timothy Del Rosal who is the President and Founder of Downtown Towing, has been an industry ® leader and advocate for over 30 years. He started Downtown Towing in 1978 with one truck and has ® grown it to South Florida's premier Towing and Transportation Company. Timothy guides the company's ® vision and actively advises his three son's management of the company. He possess a valid Class A CDL , and has a high level of proficiency in recovery and incident management. He also has a PADI diver license and has over 30 years of water/salvage recovery. ® Day to day operations and contract negotiation/supervision are run by Timothy"Ryan" Del Rosal. ® Ryan has been working hands on with Downtown Towing for the last 15 years and has been a successful 1 businessman in his own right. He co-founded Careerscore (formerly Snapscore) a venture-capital-backed ® technology company that has developed a credit score for hiring and employment. Prior to Careerscore, ® he co-founded Cleantie,a dry clean delivery platform/service,which he grew to over 800 locations in over ® 30 states in under a year. He is Ultra Heavy Duty certified and a PADI Diver with experience in under water ® recoveries. Ryan has been voted to represent and speak on the behalf of the Towing ® Industry in the City of Miami. Brandon Del Rosal supervises and manages the Light Duty Division and is integral in the overall maintenance of Downtown Towing's robust fleet. For well over half a decade Brandon has been a contributing factor in the expansion and rise of Downtown Towing. He also has a valid Class A CDL and is Ultra Heavy Duty certified as well as Rigging certified and Rotator certified. In addition, he has water recovery/salvage experience. Zachary Del Rosal overseas the Heavy Duty and Specialized Transport Division at Downtown ® Towing. In the last 18 months, he has grown the division to be one of the most diverse and capable Heavy Duty and Specialized Transport fleets in the Southeastern United States. The fleet currently manages ® logistics for a number of Fortune 1000 companies. Zachary possess a valid Class A CDL and is Ultra Heavy Duty certified as well as Rigging certified and Rotator certified. In addition, he has water recovery/salvage experience. Stephanie Prieto has been dealing with the administrative tasks associated with police directed and municipal towing and storage for well over half a decade. She deals with VRU on a daily basis and understands the intricacies of this contract. Stephanie oversees all vehicle owner notifications, municipal ® reports and payments, lien and certificate of destruction paperwork. She also is tied in to Human Resources at Downtown Towing. ® Our dispatching core is led by Randy Barner, a seasoned veteran within the Downtown Towing ® organization for over a decade. Randy provides incredible instinct accompanied by a unique leadership style that sets Downtown Towing's dispatchers above the competition. He deals with VRU on a weekly basis (sometimes even daily) and understands the scope of work within this RFQ. Jimmy Morejon is an incredible asset to Downtown Towing, with over 30 years in Police Towing. He has been at Downtown Towing for over 7 years and has risen to the top of the light duty ranks within the organization by leading by example. Jimmy provides Downtown Towing with exceptional light duty experience and resolve that is unmatched yet very necessary to be the optimal performer on this contract. He also provides onsite training for all of our light duty drivers and maintains safety meetings regularly. Jorge Alvarez provides Downtown Towing with management of drivers and coordinating over dimensional moves within the specialized transport and heavy hauling division. He has been in the industry for over 25 years and is well respected for his craft. Jorge has a valid Class A and knows how to operate an array of machinery. With regards to responding to light duty(normal motor vehicles and boats) Downtown Towing's North Miami Beach location 308 N Seaboard ® Rd North Miami Beach, FL 33169 with over 40,000 sq ft of outside storage and has more than sufficient ® inside storage with regards to the requirements of this RFP, it is manned 24/7/365 as well as has surveillance cameras and is also located within 7 aerial miles and currently services the City of Sunny Isles Beach as well as North Miami Beach, North Miami and City of Opa Locka. Downtown Towing not only has at a minimum of two Heavy Duty Class D drivers and trucks on call and actively working on any given night ® and four or more during the day it also has two or more Transportation Class E Landoll and Lowboy drivers and trucks on call and actively working at all times.
