Please attach this addendum to the documents in your possession and include the
Acknowledgement of Addenda form with your response incorporated in the RFQ.
Questions & Answers:
1. If design is completed but construction is pending for next year, does that count as a project.
Or does construction need to be completed in order to qualify as a project?
A. Please submit a copy of the solicitation the government agency advertised, the agreement your
firm was awarded and the project status. Please indicate if your firm has successfully completed
final design; and will or has prepared drawings, technical specifications necessary for bidding,
construction and permitting for the project (if applicable as part of the awarded contract).
