Our Most Common Responsibilities
•
Provide assistance, directions, answer questions and otherwise serve as a
#,
central or visible source of information for employees, customers, visitors
and vendors.
•
The inspection of personal vehicles as they are entering and exiting the

CLIENT facilities according to CLIENT' procedures.
•
Traffic control due to road closure for public works and redirection and
assistance of the same to designaded parking areas.
•
The inspection of trucks and trailers to verify the security of incoming cargo
by the condition of lockout tags and confirming that trailers leaving the
yard after deliveries are empty.
•
Escort of values from point of origin to its destination.
•
Capturing and maintaining accurate data on all trailer traffic and their
related contents per the bills of lading being entered into the CLIENT
provided software systems.
•
The inspection of people and property when deemed necessary according

to CLIENT' procedures.
•
Notify the CLIENT of any hazards, safety violations or other conditions that
t
warrant an unsafe condition.
•
Data entry to maintain proper record on persons, vehicles and uncommon
or suspicious activities via Incident Reports, Shift Activity Reports and
Internal Issues Reports.
•
Mobile patrolling via electric/gas powered golf car, automobile or bicycle.
•
Enforcement of Rules and Regulations for residential associations.
•
Safety and security during board meetings and special events of any kind.
•
Processing visitors at a front desk, monitoring video surveillance, telephone
etiquette, packages processing and safeguarding and first-class customer
service.
•
Execute periodically site inspections targeting most sensible points such as
electrical rooms, mechanical rooms, elevator rooms and a/c rooms.
•
Monitor fire alarm panel and respond to fire emergencies accordingly.

Seco Security Services' training programs are conducted with consistency,
repetition and continual reinforcement through formal classroom and on-the-job
training.
The Basic Security Officer Training Series, a complete 12 -part active -learning
system, includes interactive, up-to-date lessons on safety and security methods,
emergency preparedness, effective communications, report writing, ethical
conduct, and additional critical topics.
Seco Security Services' formal classroom training program begins with a
comprehensive new hire training and
familiarization. All newly hired employees
are required to attend at least 8 hours of
classroom training. This training is the first
in a series that will provide valuable
information and tools that allow our
employees to consistently deliver a
professional service.
In addition to any state and federally mandated training, Seco Security Services
offers its employees enhanced training in ancillary areas such as Customer Service,
Problem Resolution, Terrorism Awareness and Prevention, Workplace Violence and
Diversity.
Our site-specific training is detailed and client specified; the extent of which
depends on the availability of material and information from each client. Prior to
any post assignment each employee is trained on the client's unique and specific
requirements, specifications and needs.
First -Class Customer Service Training is what we provide to our employees
regarding of their job assignments (i.e. uniformed security guard, plain cloth loss
prevention officer, front desk concierge, public attendant, etc.). Trainings are

trainings.

Supervisory Training
Our Supervisors and Managers are provided with a comprehensive training
curriculum that includes such topics as effective coaching and counseling,
documentation and performance management.
Supervisors rely primarily on their "on-the-job" training with clear standardized
instruction on the core responsibilities of day-to-day client activities and employee
management.

Why Seco Security?
We are a local private security company, a sub -division of SECO GROUPE, INC.,
which is the leader in the hospitality industry providing effective workforce such as
housekeepers, kitchen cleaners, housemen, porters, lifeguards, drivers, concierge
and public areas attendants.
Seco Security will appoint a qualified Pier Park Lot Attendant on behalf of the
City of Sunny Isles Beach by advertising the eligibility and qualifications of the
personnel required as part of the recuitment process. Only those with verifiable
experience will be considered for an interview.
Seco Security will not limit to the assignment of the the Pier Park Lot Attendant
to the site, but it will put in place a supervision and training plan throughout the life
of the contract to ensure compliance, readiness and effectiveness of service. Only
this will make the difference between good and excellent service.
Seco Security will not place a uniformed security guard as the Pier Park Lot
Attendant to the site. We understand the needs and requirements for this job.
However, safety and security will be part of the training for the Attendant(s) to raise
the level of awareness and to provide first-class customer service backed up with
awareness for the best interest of the City of Sunny Isles Beach.

Implementation Plan
Once the contract is awarded Seco Security Services we will work to make sure the
implementation process is seamless and efficient. The plan immediately goes into
effect and you will be updated throughout the entire process via weekly
notifications with your representative. The four (4) week process is designed

The undersigned Proposer proposes and agrees, if this Bid is accepted, to enter into an agreement with
the City of Sunny Isles Beach to perform and furnish all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract
Documents for the Contract Price and within the Contract Time indicated in this Bid and in accordance with
the other terms and conditions of the Contract Documents.
The Proposer accepts all of the terms and conditions of the Advertisement or Invitation to Bid and
Instructions to Proposers, including without limitation those dealing with the disposition of Bid Security.
This Bid will remain subject to acceptance for 90 days after the day of Bid opening. The Proposers agrees
to sign and submit the Agreement with the Bonds and other documents required by the Bidding
Requirements within ten days after the date of the City's Notice of Award.

■ The Proposer has given the City written notice of all conflicts, errors, discrepancies
that it has discovered in the Contract Documents and the written resolution thereof
by City is acceptable to the Proposer.
■ This Bid is genuine and not made in the interest of or on behalf of any undisclosed
person, firm or corporation and is not submitted in conformity with any agreement
or rules of any group, association, organization, or corporation; the Proposer has
not directly or indirectly induced or solicited any other Proposers to submit a false
or sham Bid; the Proposer has not solicited or induced any person, firm or
corporation to refrain from Bidding; and Proposer has not sought by collusion to
