Titan Protective Services has both the manpower and the technological resources necessary to successfully provide the scope of services being requested by the City of Sunny Isles. We offer a real-time reporting system (SilverTrac) that allows us to service all requests once they become available, collect real-time data, and report quality data for management to review. We are prepared to provide one (1 ) or more bilingual attendants with clearly visible name badges to control traffic between the hours of 9:00am and 7:00pm, seven (7) days a week — including holidays. Attendants will be equipped with necessary operating supplies, including a "Full Lot" sign to notify drivers of the non-availability of parking spaces once the lot has reached capacity. Prior to the commencement of operational services, Titan Protective Services will submit a description of the uniforms proposed to be worn by on-site personnel for Project Manager approval.
