All employees must go through a background, drug and DMV check. Employees must have a valid driver license and a minimum of 2 -year experience in the specific position applying for. PERSONNEL AND THEIR DUTIES A lot attendant will oversee the complete parking operation facility. This attendant will be thoroughly experienced in parking management. He or she will also be responsible for the daily operation, including handling all incidents and complaints from customers in a courteous and efficient manner. OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM Southpark Management will provide a hands-on Senior Management team. This Management team will be actively involved at the property daily. This involvement will include frequent on-site visits and communication with the property's management. Our Senior Management team will be available 24/7 and will be the property's direct contact for customer service. Overseeing the operation will be Jonathan Camargo (Director of Operations) and Michael Rubinov (Area & IT Manager). Jonathan has over 12 years in the parking industry which 9 years have been with Southpark Management. Michael has been with Southpark Management for 10 years and the company IT Manager. A site lot manager will work at the facility and report directly to the Area Manager. All scheduling will be done by site lot manager will the approval of Area Manager and Director of Operations. Site lot manager will be responsible to cover call outs or requested day off by other lot attendants. Area Manager will assist in coordinating coverage through our over 180 employees that work in Miami- Dade county. Employee Training and Safety Program Recap Please read this booklet carefully 14122 RFP No. 18-03-01 SOUTHRRRK Mt= NRGEMENT Parking Solutions The safety of Company employees, the public, and the protection of their property are important concerns. To that end, vehicles shall be operated in a safe manner and in compliance with all pertinent state and federal laws. All employees will drive cautiously and courteously, and obey speed limits and other pertinent state and federal laws and regulations at all times. Immediate dismissal for unacceptable behavior, such as: • Documented rudeness to customers • Observed unsafe handling of a vehicle • Threatening behavior • Employee Theft • Not reporting accidents to your supervisor The Company only employs staff that that meet the approved driver criteria described below. Approved drivers: • Must at a minimum, be 18 years of age, although 22 years of age is preferred. • Must possess valid state drivers license, not expired or suspended and with no pending Failures to Appear (FTA). • Must have dependable transportation to get to and from work. • Must have good driving skills. • Must have a clean-cut appearance. • Cannot have a major* or capitol** violation on their driving record, no more than one at fault accident of any type in the last three years, and no more than two moving violations in the last three years. • Must have good customer relations and people skills. * Includes driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, reckless driving resulting in bodily injury or property damage, or negligent homicide. ** Includes driving after a driver's license has been suspended, murder or assault with a motor vehicle, theft of a motor vehicle, hit and run, operating a vehicle after the registration has been revoked, or using a false or fictitious driver's license or registration plates. 15122 AMNON SOUTHRMt` K MRNRcsEM�'NT Parking Solutions The Company reserves the right to request motor vehicle reports (MVRs) on any employment applicants as well as current employees with driving responsibilities. MVRs will also be obtained annually for all Company staff with driving responsibilities. Drivers are required to carry their current driver's license when driving vehicles. Employees must immediately notify the location manager of any changes in the status of their license, including any at -fault accidents or moving violations (drunk driving, driving under the influence of controlled substances or alcohol...). Failure to disclose changes in driving status can lead to disciplinary action up to and including termination. The Company reserves the right to conduct a driving test of any prospective or employed driver at any time. Employees observed demonstrating carelessness or wanton disregard for safe operation of a motor vehicle are excluded from driving responsibilities and may face suspension and/or termination from employment. If an employee with driving responsibilities receives citations for moving violations and DUI infractions, he/she may have their driving responsibilities suspended and/or revoked and also be terminated from employment. If an incident (loss, damage, or injury) occurs, report it immediately to the location manager.
