A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING A MINOR SITE
PLAN MODIFICATION FOR THE OFFICE TOWER SUBMITTED
BY ST. TROPEZ BEACH DEVELOPERS, LLC AND PARQUE
TOWERS DEVELOPERS, LLC AND ST. TROPEZ II, LLC (THE
"APPLICANT") FOR PROJECT LOCATED AT 16690 COLLINS
AVENUE; PROVIDING THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY
ATTORNEY WITH THE AUTHORITY TO DO ALL THINGS
NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THE TERMS OF THIS
RESOLUTION; PROVIDING FOR AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission approved the site plan application for an office tower
previously submitted by St. Tropez Beach Developers, LLC and Parque Towers Developers, LLC
and St. Tropez II, LLC ("Applicant") on November 15, 2012, via Resolution No. 12-Z-133 and
later modified on October 17th, 2013, via Resolution No. 13-Z-137 and further modified on April
16, 2015 via Resolution No. 15-Z-151 ("Resolutions"); and
WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested a minor modification of the office tower located
at 16690 Collins Avenue to modify the facade and other external elements of the tower; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to approve a minor modification of the
approved site plan based on the recommendation of the Office of the City Manager.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Approval of Minor Site Plan Modification. The City Commission hereby approves
a minor site plan modification of the approved site plan for the office tower based on the
recommendation of the Office of the City Manager subject to certain conditions.
Section 2. Authorization of City Manager and City Attorney. The City Manager and City
Attorney are hereby authorized to do all things necessary to effectuate the terms of this
Resolution.
Section 3. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective us. adoption.

RE: St.Tropez Office Tower Minor Modification

RECOMMENDATION:
This Resolution is presented for your consideration.
REASONS:
The St. Tropez Office Tower located at 16690 Collins Ave is proposing
to modify the facade and other external elements of the tower. The
Tower proposes a modern architectural façade at the east and north
elevations, also provides a pedestrian plaza at the corner of Collins
Ave and Sunny Isles Blvd. None of these modifications affect the
height, FAR, setbacks, vehicular circulation of the approved office
tower.
