CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor Scholl at 6:30 p.m. with the following officials <br />present: <br /> <br />Mayor George “Bud” Scholl <br />Vice Mayor Larisa Svechin <br />Commissioner Dana Goldman <br />Commissioner Alex Lama <br />Commissioner Jeniffer Viscarra <br /> <br />City Manager Christopher J. Russo <br />City Clerk Mauricio Betancur, CMC <br />City Attorney Edward A. Dion <br />Deputy City Manager Stan Morris <br /> <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE / INVOCATION <br /> <br /> Action: Sunny Isles Beach resident Roberto Rodriguez gave the pledge of Allegiance and <br />Monsignor Gregory gave the invocation. <br /> <br />3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />3A. Special City Commission Meeting – March 20, 2019. <br /> <br />Action: Commissioner Goldman moved, and Vice Mayor Svechin seconded a motion to <br />approve the above-mentioned Summary Minutes. The motion was approved by a voice <br />vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> <br />3B. Regular City Commission Meeting – March 21, 2019. <br /> <br />Action: Vice Mayor Svechin moved, and Commissioner Goldman seconded a motion to <br />approve the above-mentioned Summary Minutes. The motion was approved by a voice <br />vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> <br />4. ORDER OF BUSINESS (Additions/Deletions/Amendments) <br /> <br />5. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />5A. Presentation regarding the Public Arts Advisory Committee’s Unifying Elements and <br />Goals for Public Arts. <br /> <br /> Action: Cultural Master Plan Consultant Lynn M. Dannheisser presented a report and <br />gave a brief presentation to the Commission. <br /> <br />Commissioner Goldman moved, and Vice Mayor Svechin seconded a motion to approve <br />the report as presented.
