The motion was approved by a voice <br /> vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> 3B. Additional Information: <br /> Special City Commission Meeting—August 28, 2019 <br /> Action: Commissioner Goldman moved, and Vice Mayor Svechin seconded a motion to <br /> approve the above-mentioned Summary Minutes.
