PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE /INVOCATION <br /> Action: James Williams led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag and Police Chief Fred Maas <br /> gave the invocation. <br /> 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> 3A. Regular City Commission Meeting—November 16, 2017. <br /> Action: Vice Mayor Goldman moved and Commissioner Svechin seconded a motion to <br /> approve the above mentioned Summary Minutes. The motion was approved by a voice <br /> vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> 4. ORDER OF BUSINESS (Additions/Deletions/Amendments) <br /> Add On: Item 10L—Resolution Update to the Title VI Program Plan for Community <br /> Shuttle Service; Add On: Item 10M—Agreement with Calvin, Giordano and Associates <br /> to Provide Inspections Services for the Streetlight Project. <br /> Action: Vice Mayor Goldman moMed and Commissioner Gatto seconded a motion to <br /> approve the above mentioned changes to the agenda. The motion was approved by a <br /> voice vote of 5-0 in favor. <br /> 5. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br /> 5A. Certificates of Appreciation presented to the Norman S. Edelcup/Sunny Isles Beach K- <br /> 8 School Girls' Volleyball Team by Commissioner Svechin. <br /> 5B. Update on the Winston Tower Fire and Recommended Evacuation Plan by Miami- <br /> Dade County Fire Chief. <br />
