To facilitate the <br /> construction of the seventeen (17) foot Emergency Beach Access Easement granted by LPLA <br /> Partners, LP, as a condition of approval of the project called Mansions of Acqualina, the City <br /> must terminate the existing 5 foot Beach Access Easement granted by Pinnacle Condominium. <br /> Simply put, the City is replacing the 5 foot Beach Access Easement with the 17 foot Beach <br /> Access Easement. <br /> Agenda Item ( <br /> Date 6,-20- ( 3 <br />
