To facilitate the construction of the seventeen (17) foot Emergency <br /> Beach Access Easement granted by LPLA Partners, LP, as a condition of <br /> approval of the project called Mansions of Acqualina, the City must terminate the <br /> existing 5 foot Beach Access Easement granted by Pinnacle Condominium. <br /> Simply put, the City is replacing the 5 foot Beach Access Easement with the 17 <br /> foot Beach Access Easement. <br /> ATTACHMENTS: <br /> • Resolution <br /> • Termination of Grant of Easement <br /> Agenda Item No.10K <br /> Date 6/20/2013 <br /> 169 <br />
