•
Link's management and supervisory team was often on -site six and seven days a week to
ensure the benchmarks were being achieved and that progress was ongoing. We met
weekly with the Link team to get briefings and progress reports. Additionally and not
insignificant is how Link managers understand local and county processes — permits
inspections, etc. Working with a forward- thinking, driven organization made this a
smooth transition from a 50 year -old building and operation on Biscayne Bay, in Miami.
to a new one west in Dural. Fl.
Given the opportunity to work again with the Link- Construction Group, I would not
hesitate. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to be in touch.
Sincerely,
Craig Woischwiu
Sr VP Circulation and Operations
Miami Herald Media Company
3500 NW 89 Ct
Doral, FL 33172
cwoischwill@niiaTniheraid.com
miamiherald.com
305.376.2951 (o)
786.258.1172 Cj
RFQ No. 13 -08 -01 Gateway Park Pedestrian Access Improvements I Step 1
