Our owned equipment may be supplemented with any other <br />necessary from rental agencies. We also have two low -boys, thereby providing timely and efficient delivery of equipment as necessary. <br />In dealing with the municipalities listed above and the heavy volume of residents, we are very aware of the importance of providing safe <br />access, minimal disturbance, property protection and good communication with local residents and homeowner associations. With this <br />in mind, the MOT plans we submit provide the safest access to the construction areas to each resident and the general public. <br />Typically each block is closed to thru traffic and only emergency vehicles and local traffic are allowed up to the excavation point. We <br />coordinate access for postal service, deliveries and trash collection on a regular basis. <br />As required in the contract, as -built surveys will be recorded on a weekly basis. We will coordinate and schedule all testing Mth an <br />independent laboratory per the Contract documents. <br />We enjoy a "team' type relationship with all our clients and governing agencies and look forward to performing many more projects with <br />the City of Sunny Isles. <br />We have also attached a variety of references.
