<br />project managers that worked on the FDOT/MDX $180 million Design / Build Project for the SR826 (Palmetto Expressway) Section
<br />2 Improvement Project between SW 40th Street / Bird Road and south of SW 56th Street / Miller Drive. This project consisted of
<br />the construction of nine new bridges, drainage, lighting, landscaping, Intelligent Transportations Systems (ITS), and signalization
<br />improvements for a construction cost of $177 million. Mr. Menocal will be the primary contact to the City of Sunny Isles.
<br />Mr. Chris Tharrett (RMI), Utilities Superintendent - Mr. Tharrett has over 20 years of experience in roadway and infrastructure
<br />construction. He has been a Superintendent for the past 10 years in similar projects. Mr. Thanett will be responsible for all utility
<br />relocations for this project.
<br />Ms. Yamile Fernandez (RMI), PIO /Project Coordinator - Ms. Fernandez will be the Project Coordinator for this project. She has
<br />over 8 years of experience in achieving well -executed Public Involvement & Community Awareness programs in the transportation
<br />industry. Ms. Fernandez has been working for RMI for over 8 years. Ms. Fernandez has identified areas with communication and
<br />strategy between the City and residents.
<br />SUBCONTRACTORS
<br />RMI is proposing subcontractors with whom they have been working with on several projects for at least several years. We have
<br />selected subcontractors for this project that have a proven track record with us on similar projects. We insist on providing a team
<br />that has worked together to be instrumental in providing a successful project to the City since previous experience is the best
<br />predictor of future success.
<br />Anzac Contractors Inc. was founded in Miami, Florida on January 6, 1971
<br />by Russell G. McNamara. Over the past 20 years or more, Anzac has been
<br />actively involved in Bridge & Highway Construction working on projects for
<br />the Florida Department of Transportation, Miami -Dade County Public Works
<br />Department, Broward County Highway Construction & Engineering Division,
<br />South Florida Water Management, Army Corps of Engineers as well as
<br />many other local Cities, Public Agencies and Private Owners & Developers.
<br />The management team has over 180 years of combined experience in
<br />bridge construction, water & sewer plant construction, sanitary & storm
<br />sewer pump stations, seawall & ship berth construction, marine
<br />construction, flood contro l structures, cofferdam & tremie seal installations,
<br />pile driving and drilled shaft foundations, excavation, drainage & roadwork, heavy rigging and erection projects, industrial electrical
<br />work and industrial painting.
<br />We have a long term staff of well trained and experienced pile drivers, carpenters, ironworkers �- --'
<br />and equipment operators. We have a fleet of company owned heavy equipment including -7� T
<br />cranes, pile driving and drilling equipment, bridge screeds, track excavators, loaders, tractor -
<br />trailers and heavy-haul lowboys and all the necessary support equipment to construct the work
<br />we are contracted for.
<br />Ric -Man Intemational, Inc and Anzac have a long standing relationship that goes up to 10
<br />years for working on projects together for small pedestrian crosswalks, pump stations, piles,
<br />etc. We have teamed up with Anzac since they have always provided a quality product and timely completions of all their projects.
<br />Just recently they have completed several pedestrian bridges in South Florida such as the Cocoplum Pedestrian Bridge, the M-
<br />Path at US1 / 67" Avenue and the SR-862 Greenway, West Pedestrian Bridge at the 1 -595 Project.
