STAFFING <br />1 Our experience has taught us that the success of a Design Build project pivots on a well -established partnership between the <br />client, the contractor and the designer. A Design Build project requires a Project Manager (PM) with proven experience on this <br />1 delivery method that will manage the various aspects of the project from the early stages of design to the successful completion of <br />the construction phase. Each assignment has to be well coordinated and timed to ensure the overall project stays on schedule. <br />This is not limited to construction activities, but also ensuring that the design activities are scheduled to be completed and <br />1 approved by the City on time for procurement of materials and planning of construction activities. <br />For these and many more reason our proposed Project Manager and primary contact for this project will be Mr. Victor Menocal. Mr. <br />Menocal will serve in the role of DesignBuild Project Manager. In addition, the Subcontractors or Subconsultants being <br />proposed all have working relationships with each other on numerous projects in the last several years. <br />Construction Key Personnel — <br />Rene L. Castillo Sr. (RMI), Principal in Charge - Mr. Castillo brings over 30 years of experience within the construction industry of <br />infrastructure projects including water main, sewer main facilities including but not limited to overseeing estimators, project <br />managers and operations. Mr. Castillo has been working for RMI for over 25 years. During his time at RMI, he has served <br />multiple roles such as Superintendent, Project Manager, General Manager, and President. Mr. Castillo has been the team leader <br />for over 10 successful Desigr/Build Projects and he will be instrumental on making sure that the Design / Build Team has all <br />sufficient resources to complete this project with quality and in a timely manner. <br />Paul C Jankowski Sr (RMI), Project Director - Paul C. Jankowski, Sr. has over 40 years construction experience in South Florida <br />and Michigan where he worked under his father Paul C. Jankowski the founder of Paul Jankowski Builders and his father in law <br />Richard Mancini the founder of Ric -Man Construction, Inc. 1965, Richard Mancini Equipment Company 1974, Ric -Man <br />International, Inc. 1983, Ledds Development Co, 1979, Shelby Plaza 1974. Responsible for and oversaw all phases of land <br />acquisition, site development, design build construction, financing, legal, banking, sales, leasing, tenant negotiations, bidding, <br />surety, insurance, management of both vertical and underground construction, and/or design built a variety of projects consisting <br />of, over 100,000 square feet commercial, 100,000 square feet office, 1 million square feet industrial, 550 units multi residential <br />apartments, residential custom homes, land development, water mains, sanitary sewers, drainage, pump stations. <br />Mr. Victor Menocal (RMI), Design/Build Project Manager — Mr. Menocal has been selected the Project Manager on this project. <br />He has approximately 15 years of experience in the construction industry in particular in the roadway and infrastructure projects. <br />Mr. Menocal has been working for RMI for over 3 years.
