<br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />Broadview Park BP2 Neighborhood Improvements
<br />Broward County, Florida
<br />Installation of 36,500 feet of 8' -5" PVC and DIP gravity sewer main
<br />including 3 sewer pump stations with 14,500 feet of 6' -12' force
<br />main; furthermore, Ric -Man International also installed 16,700 feet of
<br />15' -24' RCP and HDPE drainage through a neighborhood of 760
<br />homes. The project required full reconstruction of 100,000 square
<br />yards including 2 lifts of V 112 inch asphalt This design also includes
<br />reclaiming 65,000 square yards of swales for additional drainage
<br />storage The project budget was approximately $17. 1 million.
<br />FDOT District 6 Section 2 Project (Personal Exp.)
<br />This is a design build /finance project for the Florida Department of
<br />Transportation District Vt. The work consists of the addition of one
<br />general use lane in each direction; auxiliary lanes between all
<br />interchanges; interchange improvements and, operational and safety
<br />improvements along the SR826 mainline and ramps. The
<br />interchanges that will be improved with this project are the SR826
<br />interchanges at SW 56 Street /Miller Drive, 5R874 1Don Shula
<br />Expressway and SW 40 Street /Bird Road. Four of the bridges are
<br />over the CSX railroad and are comprised of steel girders. The other
<br />interchange bridges are designed with concrete beams (AASHTO
<br />Type M Mod. Bulb Tee, Florida I Beams). This project also includes a
<br />new pedestrian bridge, new drainage, lighting, landscaping
<br />improvements, ITS and signol,zation improvements.
<br />Town of Surfside Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project
<br />Surfside, Florida
<br />Project consisted of infrastructure improvements to the Town of Sudside
<br />including the replacement of approximately 31,000 feet of water
<br />main, 5,600 feet of RCP drainage conveyance pipe, 9 drainage wells,
<br />58 drainage structures, 3 drainage pump stations, rehabilitation of
<br />49,000 feet of sewer system and rehabilitation of 2 sewer pump
<br />stations. In addition, this project required extension coordination with
<br />residents since all water meters were located at the existing rear
<br />easements of homes and we were tasked with relocating the meters to
<br />the front of approximately 1,400 homes. This required daily
<br />coordination with the Public Information Officer and the Town of
<br />Surfside representatives. The project budget was approximately
<br />$19. 1 million.
<br />Flamingo BP l0E (Little Flamingo) Streetscape Improvement
<br />Miami Beach, Florida
<br />Design-build project consisted of the replacement of 5, 100 feet of
<br />water main and 3,800 feet of drainage mains that included
<br />approximately 900 feet of 3x5 box culvert along Meridian Avenue, as
<br />well as over 100 drainage structures including 10 gravity wells. The
<br />scope of work also included lighting, signolization, and landscape
<br />improvements in a neighborhood of 1,600 residencies and 65
<br />businesses located between Washington Avenue and Meridian
<br />Avenue, from 7th Street to 9th Street. This project required a major
<br />coordination effort with the restaurants, nightclubs, other existing
<br />businesses, residents, school, and public transportation. The project
<br />budget was approximately $4.5 million.
