<br />Senior Forensic Engineer responsible for the determination of
<br />the cause of failure of three revetments during construction. The
<br />investigation resulted in rehabilitation of 1000 linear fret of
<br />failed sheet pile wall. The repair scheme developed included a
<br />combination of tiebacks and rubble rip -rap revetment in an
<br />environmentally sensitive wetland.

<br />Highland Village Neighborhood Improvements', North
<br />Miami Beach, Florida
<br />Project Engineer for a $6 million dollar neighborhood
<br />improvement project in a low lying area with extensive flooding
<br />and water quality problems resulting from foiled onsite septic
<br />systems. The project included design of a pumped deep well
<br />disposal system, design of a wastewater collection and
<br />transmission system, new pump station and force main, design
<br />of roadway and site improvements, preparation of construction
<br />plans, permitting, and preparation of grant applications seeking
<br />financial assistance to complete the project.
<br />Via Vizcaya Neighborhood Improvements% Town of
<br />Palm Beach, Florida
<br />Principal in Charge for this project which included the design of
<br />on upgraded storm water system for a two-block area at the
<br />south end of the Town of Palm Beach. The system needed to be
<br />designed from a fixed outfall elevation and run backwards to
<br />accommodate drainage in the roadways of a million dollar plus
<br />per residence neighborhood. Once the project was underway,
<br />it was determined that the existing water and sewer needed to
<br />be upgraded as well. Full roadway reconstruction was also
<br />added since most of the streets were excavated to install the
<br />drainage and utilities. Project required phasing to accommodate
<br />access to resident driveways.
