Operated as Project Manager by <br />coordinating departments , as well as other companies involved <br />in the project, and compiling all plans for permitting while <br />confirming that the plans reflect the Owner's wishes. <br />Upland improvements included raising the elevation of the pool <br />decks roughly 4 .0' by providing retaining walls, design of <br />multiple wooden pavilions, wood decks, raised beds, and <br />concrete planters and privacy walls. A thorough analysis of the <br />site's soil report was provided and suggestions for construction <br />methods and materials were provided as a service to the Client. <br />Flamingo South Beach Parking Garage Assessment, <br />Miami Beach, Florida' <br />Structural Investigator for this concrete prestressed one-story <br />parking garage, responsible for overall damage and condition <br />assessment, severity ratings of components, timeline for repair, <br />and suggested repair methods and cost estimates The report <br />included a comprehensive damage map, and analyzed the <br />original intended use of the structure versus the current use. This <br />assessment required follow p monthly inspections to assess the <br />rate of corrosion and monitor the suggested use of the garage <br />until demolition. <br />Fisher Island Seawall, Fisher Island, Florida' <br />Structural Investigator of a precast seawall system, responsible <br />for overall damage and condition assessment, severity ratings of <br />Structural Investigator of hardening the Tamarac Water <br />Treatment Plant against impact and excessive storm force. A <br />thorough understanding of the treahnent plant and its operations <br />was necessary to complete the investigation, as well as a review <br />of all plans associated with the building itself. The investigative <br />report included an assessment of the current condition of the <br />building, as well as an analysis of options to strengthen the <br />building to the City's standards. <br />Fisher Island Ferry Terminal Renovation, Fisher <br />Island /Miami Beach, Florida' <br />Structural Designer for the design of a $500,000 renovation to <br />the existing five -lane Ferry Terminal which serves as the main <br />entry point for residents. The terminal extends over a salt -water <br />canal and is composed of precast slobs spanning between <br />reinforced concrete bents supported by prestressed piles. <br />Multiple slabs were suffering from extreme corrosion and <br />needed to be replaced, while the bents and piles had significant <br />cracking and spoiling from corrosion which need to be patched. <br />A full redesign of new precast slabs, and extensive plans <br />depicting construction phasing and repair methods and <br />sequencing were provided to the client, oil repairs were able to <br />take place without closing the terminal. <br />Palm Beach County Structural Annual Services,' <br />Structural Designer for this contract for which the firm performed <br />numerous plan reviews on structures proposed for construction <br />in the County. These reviews included plans developed for the <br />County Engineering and Roadway Departments and plans <br />submitted by developers for work within the County R/W. These <br />have included plan reviews for the 60th Street over the M <br />Canal, Roebuck Road Bridge and Retaining Walls, , L2 Canal <br />Storm Water Pump Station Also under this contract, the firm is <br />currently designing an atgrode bridge on I Oth Avenue North <br />for Palm Beach County Roadway production to allow 5 lanes of <br />traffic and place pedestrians on their own non- trofhc loaded <br />bridges over the Keller Canal. <br />denotes projects completed with other firms One Team.
