<br />Mr. Herdocia has over 24 years of experience and has been Project Manager and Senior Design Engineer on various
<br />roadway and drainage projects for municipalities in Miami -Dade County. He has extensive experience in developing
<br />residential, commercial and highway roadway and drainage plans. This experience includes traffic calming, resurfacing
<br />and reconstruction plans, drainage design studies and reports, maintenance of traffic, signalization, lighting and signing

<br />3,150 feet of exfiltration trench, 2,000 feet of solid pipe, 45
<br />drainage structures, pollution control structure with on
<br />emergency overflow into Naranjo Canal with a riprop end wall
<br />and manatee grate. Services also included preliminary field
<br />investigations, utility coordination, computation book, drainage
<br />report, detailed cost estimates and permitting through DERM.

<br />calming devices and right of way improvements within the City
<br />limits. C3TS is the prime design firm for this design /build
<br />project that includes the design and permitting of one traffic
<br />circle at the intersection of NW 109th Avenue and NW 86th
<br />Street and two splitter islands on SW 78th Street. The project
<br />also includes new curb and gutters, pavement milling and
<br />resurfacing, powered crosswalks (at traffic circle only), and
<br />landscaped medians.

<br />and Traffic Study', Bay Harbor Islands, Florida
<br />fro RIC study for the implementation of several street closure,
<br />landscaping and guardhouse facilities to included
<br />Neighborhood Public Involvement Work Shops. This was done
<br />in support of a Special Taxing District to add security provisions
<br />for both sides of the Island.
<br />Crandon Boulevard Master Plan, Key Biscayne, FL -
<br />Project Engineer for this project that took on existing suburban
<br />style highway and transformed it into a center of community
<br />activities. By promoting the safe and secure transit of all type
<br />s of vehicles and pedestrians, this CPTED- friendly design also
<br />serves to create a source of identity for the community
<br />connecting retail, residential, public parks and government
<br />facilities into a cohesive design.

<br />Senior Civil Engineer for this comprehensive Capitol
<br />Improvements Program Master Plan that focuses on several
<br />major improvement areas: town -wide drainage improvements;
<br />utilities underground relocation (electrical, telephone, cable);
<br />town -wide sne tscope & traffic calming; and renovation to the
<br />Town's existing Town Hall building. The Master Plan carefully
<br />considered the each of these with respect to feasibility,
<br />cost/benefit, and design, as well as on analysis of funding
<br />options and scenarios, and schedule for phasing and
<br />implementation
<br />Design & Construction Services for John F. Kennedy
<br />Causeway Redevelopment North Bay Village', Florida
<br />Senior Engineer for this project that involves the design and
<br />construction services for the redevelopment of the John F.
<br />Kennedy Causeway. The project will be implemented in several
<br />phases. Phase I will be the landscape design and construction
<br />of sheet beautification improvements to the western end of the
<br />Causeway. While this phase is being implemented, a
<br />conceptual master pion shall be prepared to address the
<br />complete beautification and redevelopment program for
<br />Kennedy Causeway which includes the roadway, adjacent
<br />business district, and the waterfront.
