The scope of work <br />involves a new 3 -story addition, contiguous with and extending the existing North Terminal <br />Concourse. This work will include a new covered walkway to extend from the concourse to access <br />small commuter planes. <br />MIA Automated People Mover (APM) Maintenance and Storage Facility <br />Mr. Martinez was the Lead Mechanical Engineer responsible for overseeing all aspects of the <br />Mechanical design for this APM maintenance and storage facility and main control room for said <br />train system.
