F <br />1 <br />�" N X <br />-/CONSTRUCTION <br />MANAGEMENT <br />Miami -Dade County Parks & Recreation - Miami Southridge Stadium <br />Mr. Montoya was the Principal -in- Charge for the M /E /P /FP Engineering Design and Construction <br />Administration Services of this project which includes a 1,500 seat stadium facility consisting of a <br />concession stand, restrooms, pedestrian access and circulation, ticketing and admissions area, and <br />full handicap accessibility to the entire complex. <br />City of Miramar - Vizcaya Park Community Center (LEED) <br />Mr. Montoya is the M /E.Engineering Project Manager for this 7,660 gsf single story Community <br />Center building.
