L N x <br />CONSTRUCTION <br />MANAGEMENT <br />Lynx construction staff are fully experienced interacting with the local environment <br />' including the authorities having jurisdiction such as building departments, FDOT, DERM, <br />Fire and others. They are completely able to effectively move the project forward no <br />matter what is encountered. We are familiar with working in the high density urban <br />1 environment, and with expected site conditions such as local soil conditions, the challenging <br />and changing weather and how to deal with hurricane season. <br />1 <br />L <br />1 <br />1 <br />• Safety, our first priority <br />Our onsite staff will ensure that the public and construction workers are safe and that the <br />site is kept fenced, with proper signage, proper protection and most debris and other safety <br />hazards are dealt with immediately. Project staff is OSHA 30 certified. MOT and pedestrian <br />traffic are of critical importance. <br />• Ready for use when Gateway park is complete <br />Our project will be completed in concert with the adjacent Gateway Park project and will be <br />ready before the park and facilities are ready. <br />Quality control <br />Quality control is integrated into the entire project. The pre- design, pre - construction, <br />commissioning and close out phases offer milestones to measure and report on quality control <br />issues.
