L N X —/CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT • Budget estimating Our estimator updates the budgets as the design development unfolds and shares the information to help the team make the best decisions in order to implement the owner's design goals. When the final construction documents are finished the final bids are taken and the project total cost is determined. IS Value engineering and cost benefit analysis Lynx implements true value engineering by ensuring that the major goals of the project are met when suggesting alternatives. The owner is involved in the decisions as to which alternates and options are selected and which construction techniques or materials will result in a "best value" for the owner. • Constructability Analysis During the process of design, the focus is on the construction means and methods as well as the materials available to provide the most effective process. Structural systems construction, availability of major components, mechanical and conveying systems availability and suitability, building envelope, roofing and finishes are reviewed to make sure that the project can be efficiently built on -time and in- budget. Construction Phase Lynx Construction provides expert management of the construction phase of the project from ground breaking until occupancy. Our staff is led by Chris Moran, President, who will maintain direct daily knowledge of the erection of the structures and completion of the buildings and direct involvement with the Owners. Mr. Moran has over 30 years of construction experience and has successfully completed all types of projects from underground to entire campuses comprised of many buildings. His experience includes over One Billion Dollars of construction in the Miami area. He provides the leadership to a team of fully experienced project managers and site superintendents familiar with the types of construction and systems which will make -up the ' project. • Onsite expertise Lynx will provide expert staff on the site during every day of construction operations. The staff will include a senior superintendent, superintendents, assistant project managers and project managers. The quality of our site supervision is responsible for our 100 percent success rate of completing projects on -time and within budget. • Project managers Our project management team is second to none. The senior project manager assigned to this job has both a Bachelor and Master's degree and over 15 years of experience in the local market. He has built many difficult projects at facilities that impact major institutions, transportation facilities and road ways where service cannot be interrupted.
