4. The City reserves the right to audit the quarterly payment made to Social Seniors to ensure that the charitable contribution is used in accordance with the matching requirement set forth in this Resolution; 5. Social Seniors may report quarterly expenditures and revenues using the spreadsheet attached hereto as Exhibit"A"; 6. In addition to the charitable contribution, the City will continue to provide in-kind services to Social Seniors provided that reasonable notice is provided for use of any facility owned by the City. The City may make available the visitor center for Social Seniors to sell tickets to events and programming; 7. The City at its discretion agrees to market events and programming sponsored by Social Seniors in its publications and other communications mediums; 8. Social Seniors agree to promote City events and programs at all Social Seniors organized functions as approved by the City; 9. Social Seniors agree to provide residents of the City with some form of special pricing, or discounts for events as consideration for the charitable contribution; 10. Social Seniors agree to provide detailed information of all Social Seniors events and programs to the City so as to assist in marketing Social Seniors events, however all ticket/payment requests will be directed to Social Seniors Officers; 11. Social Seniors agree to name the City of Sunny Isles Beach as a sponsor in all Social Seniors materials provided that such materials are reviewed and approved by the City. Section 2. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all things necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution. Section 3. Effective Date.
