Section 1. Approval of Agreement. The Agreement with Craig A. Smith & Associates, Inc., <br />for Civic Engineering Services for Designing Services for the Reconstruction of the 174 Street <br />Drainage Improvement Project, in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Thirty -Three Thousand <br />Three Hundred Five Dollars and Fifty Cents ($133,305.50), attached hereto as Exhibit "A ", is <br />hereby approved. <br />Section 2. Authorization of Mayor. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said <br />Agreement. <br />Section 3. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all <br />things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br />Section 4. Effective Date.
