The renderings will be based on three different concepts designed by <br />the landscape architecture department. <br />2. The conceptual renderings will be overlaid onto panoramic photos <br />from three different vantage points. The photos will be provided by the <br />project manager. <br />3. Turn - around time will be two business days. <br />III. Professional Landscape Architecture Services <br />A. Develop conceptual planting strategies to provide visual buffer alongside existing <br />condo buildings to /from a proposed bridge structure. <br />B. Provide direction to graphic artist on creation of illustrative graphics, specific to the <br />type, size and quality of plant material anticipated in the schematic planting <br />concept. <br />
