V. Professional Construction Services <br />A. Work in conjunction with Chris Giordano of Government Services Department to <br />manage the environmental, utility and building department permits. <br />1. Manage EAS (Sub - Consultant) to obtain the following environmental <br />permits or approvals: PERA, USACE & USCG. <br />This includes application, responses to all RAI, mitigation <br />designs (after obtaining potential City owned land information <br />from City staff), and permit sketches. <br />B. Manage the completion of all outstanding drawings being performed by CGA <br />Departments: <br />1. Civil/Drainage Plans <br />2. Electrical /Lighting <br />3. Pavement Marking & Signage <br />C. Manage the completion of the structural plans which are to be completed by others. <br />The scope and cost for the completion of the structural plans is outlined in BHA's <br />proposal. <br />D. Attend one (1) public meeting to address adjacent property owner concerns. <br />V1. Professional Surveying Services <br />A. Prepare Bathymetric Survey of Canal From eastern terminus to the intersection <br />with the Intracoastal Waterway. <br />B. Prepare "Route Survey" of proposed North Bay Road and the proposed bridge <br />crossing the Canal. Limits of the survey will be as follows; on the north by NE <br />174th Street, on the south by NE 172nd Street on the east and west by a line 50' <br />each side of the centerline/baseline of construction. The survey will establish, on <br />the ground, the centerline of the roadway and the baseline of construction of the <br />bridge. Survey will include horizontal location as well as rim and invert elevations <br />of all visible utility structures within the survey corridor. Survey will be made in <br />accordance with Minimum Technical Standards for Land Surveys in the State of <br />Florida as defined by Chapter 5J- 17.050 -.052, Florida Administrative Code. <br />
