1 <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH - GATEWAY PARK CENTER <br />AUDIO VISUAL OVERVIEW AND SCOPE OF WORK <br />Project address: 151 Sunny Isles Blvd., Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160 <br />This project is a new construction at the existing building structure. The intent is to provide <br />turnkey, intuitive state of the art audio visual experience, blended in with modern architectural details <br />and design. These are the areas that shall receive AV technology and integrations: <br />1. Reception 100 <br />2. Breakroom 103 <br />3. Conference Room 104 <br />4. Meeting Room 105 <br />5. Telephone Room 106 <br />6. Fitness Center 108 <br />7. Large Classroom 109 <br />8. Cooking Classroom 111 <br />9. Catering Kitchen 112 <br />10. Banquet Hall 117 <br />11. AV Closet 119 <br />12. North East Covered Patio <br />General notes and requirements <br />1. 3 -year onsite warranty shall apply to all AV systems. This includes all equipment, unlimited <br />service calls, equipment repairs or replacements and technical support. <br />2. 5 -year repair or replacement warranty shall apply to all Crestron equipment. <br />3. 24-hour onsite response time shall be required for all service calls for the duration of 3 years. <br />Service calls logged on Fridays or before Holidays, shall be responded the next working business <br />day. <br />4. Fully staffed local office shall be located within 75 miles of project location. <br />5. No equipment brands or models' substitutes shall be allowed. Systems shall be priced as per <br />provided Bill of Materials for each room. AV vendor shall provide pricing for each line item. <br />6. Due to the complexity of Crestron and QSC systems, level 3 Crestron programmer and QSC <br />certification shall be required. Successful AV vendor shall have level 3 Crestron programmer, <br />DMC -E -4K and QSC QSYS certified engineer on staff full time and subcontractors shall not be <br />allowed. <br />7. AV integrator shall provide at least three (3) references of similar size and complexity projects <br />completed within past 5 years. Assigned project managers must have earned certifications <br />based on Project Management Institute (PMI) standards. <br />1 <br />Appendix A - AV Overview and Scope of Work <br />
