8. Upon project completion, successful AV vendor shall provide project folder that shall contain as - <br />built drawings, AV racks equipment elevation, wire and cables labeling legend, all equipment <br />owner's manuals, written warranty statement, unlocked audio DSP files, uncompiled and <br />unlocked Crestron source code and service help desk information. Project folder shall be in <br />electronic format. City of Sunny Isles Beach shall not sign the project off unless the project <br />folder is provided to the City. <br />9. All unused remote controls, cables, batteries, and any other original accessories that usually ship <br />with the AV equipment, shall be turned over to the City. <br />10. Crestron Fusion RoomView modules and x -panel access shall be provided in all areas controlled <br />via Crestron control systems. <br />11. All wires shall be plenum rated. All wires and cables shall be properly labeled with printed labels <br />and clear heat -shrink over them. <br />12. AV racks shall be properly grounded in accordance to the NEC specifications. <br />13. All required electrical high voltage power outlets and circuits shall be provided by GC/EC. <br />14. All required conduit, junction boxes, pull boxes, fittings, etc., shall be provided by GC/EC. <br />15. All required LAN drops and Cable TV feeds at each location shall be provided by the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach or others. <br />16. All required interfaces for lighting control via Crestron system shall be provided by the GC/EC. <br />17. Floor boxes as well in -wall enclosures shall be provided by the AV vendor and installed by the <br />GC/EC as per architect's specifications. Notes posted in each BOM shall be respected. <br />18. Successful AV integrator shall assist City IT staff with setup of all wireless presentation gateways <br />and all other AV equipment that is connected to LAN. All equipment MAC addresses shall be <br />provided to the City's IT staff prior the installation taking place. <br />19. AV integrator shall supply list of the AV equipment by room, that shall contain the brand, model <br />number and serial number for each unit. <br />20. It was AV designer's intent to provide a complete turnkey system design for all of the areas. <br />However, it shall be AV integrator's responsibility to provide working system in the event that <br />anything was accidentally omitted. Special attention shall be given to the equipment part <br />numbers, quantities and notes provided in the Bill of Materials. Adding numbers accurately shall <br />be solely responsibility of the AV integration bidder. <br />21. Loading dock is NOT available and AV equipment deliveries shall be considered accordingly. <br />22. All AV integrator staff must comply with the construction site rules and regulations set by GC. <br />This includes wearing Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) whenever required. <br />23. Jobsite shall be kept clean and debris free daily. All boxes and packing materials shall be <br />removed each day by the AV contractor. Onsite garbage and bulk containers shall not be used <br />for boxes and/or packing materials disposal related to AV integration. <br />24. AV contractor shall provide project manager who will generate daily progress report to the City <br />of Sunny Isles Beach staff during the project integration. <br />25. Parking for fee is available onsite. No exclusions shall be allowed. All vehicles shall be properly <br />parked during the AV integration. Curbside parking shall not be allowed. <br />26. Winning AV vendor shall provide 8 hours of training (2 sessions, 4 hours each) to the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach staff. <br />27. Storing of tools, ladders, lifts, AV materials and AV equipment shall not be allowed onsite. <br />Facility does not have secured area for storage. <br />Appendix A - AV Overview and Scope of Work <br />
