28. Any deliveries of large AV equipment shall be coordinated with the GC prior. <br />29. Low voltage permits shall be required. AV integrator shall provide its own low voltage permit <br />with City of Sunny Isles Beach. Permit fees shall be included in AV integrator bid response. <br />30. Ground freight charges and inside deliveries fees shall be included in the AV integrator bid <br />response. <br />Reception 100 <br />31. Reception area shall feature 2 of the 55" UHD displays in landscape orientation butted against <br />each other and mounted on the wall as per architect's specifications and elevation. Behind each <br />display, there shall be an in -wall enclosure that shall house AC power receptacle, AC power strip <br />and 2 LAN connections. <br />32. City of Sunny Isles Beach shall provide a small form factor PC or digital signage player that shall <br />be placed inside one of the in -wall enclosures. This device shall be controlled remotely via LAN <br />and it shall have dual HDMI output, feeding the video signal to both displays. <br />33. Digital signage content shall be provided and managed by the City staff. Both displays shall enter <br />standby mode once the PC is shut down remotely. There shall be no external control of the <br />displays; supplied remote controls only. <br />34. This is a video -only application and no audio shall be required. <br />35. AV vendor shall setup and adjust the image of both displays to their best viewing performance. <br />36. Floor box shall be turned over to the GC for installation under the reception desk (AC power and <br />data ports only) and it shall contain no AV connectivity. <br />37. There shall be no cable TV service at this location. <br />Breakroom 103 <br />38. Breakroom shall feature single 49" UHD display in landscape orientation, mounted on the wall <br />as per architect's specifications and elevation. Behind the display, there shall be an in -wall <br />enclosure with AC power outlet, AC power strip, 1 LAN connection (future use) and F -type <br />connection for cable TV service. <br />39. City of Sunny Isles Beach shall provide a small form factor set top cable TV converter with HDMI <br />output that shall be placed inside the in -wall enclosure and controlled with its supplied infrared <br />remote control via infrared extender installed by the AV vendor. <br />40. AV vendor shall "learn" IR codes of the display onto the cable TV box remote control. <br />41. TV box remote control shall be used for all functions including volume up/down/mute and <br />power on/off of the display, and it shall be tethered via aircraft cable retractor to the back side <br />of the display to prevent loss of the remote control. <br />Appendix A - AV Overview and Scope of Work <br />
