Conference Room 104 42. Conference Room shall feature single 65" UHD display in landscape orientation, mounted on the wall as per architect's specifications and elevation. Behind the display, there shall be an in -wall enclosure with AC power outlet, AC power strip and 2 LAN connections. 43. Logitech MeetUp VTC camera soundbar shall be suspended at the bottom of the display via its VESA mounting points. Power for the MeetUp shall come from the in -wall enclosure behind the display. USB connections shall be extended to the conference table via Crestron HDMI/USB extender. Supplied remote control shall be used for the MeetUp control. 44. Wireless presentation gateway shall be placed inside the in -wall enclosure and connected to the LAN and HDMI input of the display. 45. HDMI signal from the conference table cable shall be extended via Crestron HDMI/USB extender. 46. Conference table shall be supplied by the City and shall feature independent retractable HDMI and USB cables, mounted under the table surface and close to the edge. 47. Each side of the conference table shall receive underneath a power bank unit with dual AC power and dual USB receptacles for convenience. All cables and wires underneath the conference table surface shall be dressed in neat fashion and out of sight. 48. Floor box shall be provided by the AV vendor and installed by GC/EC as per architect's specifications and orientation. Floor box shall feature AC power receptacle and 2 LAN connections (future use). 49. All AV wires shall be a passthrough type and shall not be terminated at the floor box. 50. There shall be no cable TV service at this room. Meeting Room 105 51. Meeting Room shall feature single 55" UHD display in landscape orientation, mounted on the wall as per architect's specifications and elevation.
