57. Floor box shall be provided by the AV vendor and installed by GC/EC as per architect's <br />specifications and orientation. Floor box shall feature AC power receptacle and 2 LAN <br />connections (future use). <br />58. All AV wires shall be a passthrough type and shall not be terminated at the floor box. <br />59. There shall be no cable TV service at this room. <br />Telephone Room 106 <br />60. Telephone Room shall feature 27" all -in -one desktop computer with wireless keyboard and <br />mouse and furnished by the City of Sunny Isles Beach, mounted on the wall as per architect's <br />specifications and elevation. Behind the display, there shall be an in -wall enclosure with AC <br />power outlet and 1 LAN connection. There shall be no cable TV service in this room. <br />Fitness Center 108 <br />61. Fitness Center shall feature 9000 Lumens native WUXGA laser projector installed inside the <br />ceiling lift, 130" diagonal recessed tensioned 16:10 ratio electric screen, 10 ceiling mounted <br />speakers, 10" wall mounted Crestron control touch screen and multimedia podium with <br />gooseneck microphone. It shall also feature T -coil hearing loop system for hearing impaired with <br />the coil installed at the ceiling area as well as wireless microphones and Bluetooth connectivity. <br />62. Projector and its lift shall be controlled via Creston control system. Projector's lift shall have 2 <br />preset positions (projection mode and service mode). Projection mode shall keep the projector <br />as high as possible and close to the ceiling. Service mode shall allow service of the projector at 3' <br />AFF. Lift and projector along required hardware shall be white. <br />63. All AV equipment required for the audio-visual functionality shall be located at the AV racks <br />inside the AV closet. <br />64. Projector lift operation override switch shall be located at the AV rack inside the AV closet. <br />65. Projector lift ceiling access panel shall be provided by AV integrator and installed by GC with <br />architect's approval. This panel shall allow projector lift service, as needed. <br />66. AV vendor must secure projection lift and electric screen to the upper deck and in accordance to <br />the industry safety standards. <br />67. GC/EC shall provide independent 20 Amp circuit for each item (projector, lift and screen). <br />68. Projection screen shall not have wall switch installed (Crestron control via touch screen only). <br />69. Vacancy sensor shall be installed at the ceiling area and it shall allow for the AV system to <br />shutoff automatically 15 minutes upon room vacancy (exact time shall be coordinated with the <br />City). <br />70. Bluetooth sensor shall be installed at the ceiling area by the projector lift. It shall allow for audio <br />Bluetooth connections with compatible devices. Its paring mode shall be controlled via Crestron <br />control touch screen. <br />71. 10" Crestron touch screen shall be wall mounted over 2 -gang J -box provided by GC/EC, at 60" <br />AFF.
