screen wake up shall be enabled. Touch screen shall require POE+ LAN connection provided by <br />AV vendor via POE+ injector. <br />72. Ceiling speakers shall be mounted in accordance to the architectural detail. They shall be divided <br />into two 70V zones (5 speakers in each zone). Zone attenuation shall be possible independently <br />and audio volume control shall be done via Crestron control touch screen. Speakers shall be <br />tapped at their highest 70V wattage rating. During the construction phase, speakers' mud -rings <br />shall be provided by the AV vendor and installed by GC. <br />73. There shall be 1 gooseneck and 3 wireless microphone systems used in this room. 2 of the <br />wireless mic systems shall be lavalier type with ability to change the mic element to the <br />headband on both and 1 mic system shall be handheld type. All microphones shall have <br />independent volume control via the Crestron control touch screen, coupled with digital <br />feedback suppressor. Wireless microphone receivers shall reside inside the AV rack, but the <br />antennas shall be extended to the ceiling area via antenna distribution system. <br />74. When not in use, all wireless microphone elements shall be stored away inside the drawer with <br />customizable foam located at the AV rack. Elements shall be clearly labeled based on the room <br />they belong to. <br />75. AV vendor shall provide floor box that shall be installed by the GC/EC as per architect's <br />specifications and layout. Floor box shall feature AC power receptacle, mic XLR input for podium <br />gooseneck mic, HDMI for podium HDMI auto switcher and 2 LAN connections. <br />76. Floor box connections shall be ready to use regardless of the podium being attached to it or not. <br />77. Multimedia podium shall be custom built and shall be similar to shape and size of the Coalesse <br />Exponents Lectern but must adopt the AV technology, as specified. Millwork shop drawings shall <br />be required for City's approval prior manufacturing of the podium. Podium shall feature cable <br />management, recessed locking wheels, lockable equipment compartment, large laptop slanted <br />top surface, Crestron cable cubby and 24" gooseneck microphone with shock mount. Finish of <br />the podium shall be coordinated with the architect. <br />78. Crestron cable cubby shall be flush mounted at the top of the podium and shall feature <br />convenience AC power outlet, USB -A and USB -C charging ports, HDMI gravity cable retractor, <br />USB -C gravity cable retractor and RJ45 network gravity cable retractor. HDMI and USB -C <br />retractable cables shall be used for laptop connectivity and the signal shall be routed <br />automatically via included 4 -port HDMI auto switcher located inside the podium. User shall not <br />be required to select the type of the cable being connected to their laptop. <br />79. Crestron control touch screen shall feature the following AV sources: Podium cubby, Wireless <br />presentation and Cable TV. Audio -only sources shall be independently mixed in over any of the <br />selected AV sources and they shall be: Bluetooth streaming, Gooseneck microphone, Wireless <br />Handheld Microphone, Wireless Lavaliere Microphone 1 and Wireless Lavaliere Microphone 2. <br />80. Wireless presentation (Crestron AirMedia) shall also be possible via any device connected to the <br />local Wi-Fi network. AV vendor shall assist City IT staff with LAN setup of this device. <br />81. Crestron control touch screen shall also recall presets of the Lutron lighting control system, <br />provided and programmed by the lighting contractor. Lutron system interface location shall be <br />determined at later point. <br />82. AV vendor shall calibrate and commission T -coil hearing loop system as per industry's best <br />practices. Calibration tool shall be turned over to the City of Sunny Isles Beach for safekeeping. <br />Appendix A - AV Overview and Scope of Work <br />
