83. Evoko Liso room scheduling touch screen shall be installed on the wall by the main entrance at <br />60" AFF or as per architect's drawings and guidance. AV vendor shall assist City IT staff with <br />room scheduling system setup and integration with mail server. <br />84. Fitness Room shall be standalone type and shall not be connected to the other AV systems. <br />Large Classroom 109 <br />85. Large classroom shall be equipped with the 98" UHD display, 10 ceiling mounted speakers, 10" <br />wall mounted Crestron control touch screen and multimedia podium with gooseneck <br />microphone. <br />86. All AV equipment required for the audio-visual functionality shall be located at the AV racks <br />inside the AV closet. <br />87. 98" UHD display shall be mounted recessed in the wall as per architectural drawings. GC shall <br />provide the adequate structural support for it. <br />88. AV vendor shall supply in -wall enclosure that shall be installed behind the 98" UHD display by <br />the GC/EC. Enclosure shall provide AC power outlet, 2 LAN connections and mounting place for <br />Crestron scaler and display controller. <br />89. Vacancy sensor shall be installed at the ceiling tile area and it shall allow for the AV system to <br />shutoff automatically 15 minutes upon room vacancy (exact time shall be coordinated with the <br />City). <br />90. Bluetooth sensor shall be installed at the ceiling tile area and it shall allow for audio Bluetooth <br />connections with compatible devices. Its paring mode shall be controlled via Crestron control <br />touch screen. <br />91. 10" Crestron touch screen shall be wall mounted over 2 -gang J -box provided by GC/EC, at 60" <br />AFF. Its discrete bezel buttons shall be programmed accordingly. Proximity sensor used for <br />screen wake up shall be enabled. Touch screen shall require POE+ LAN connection provided by <br />the AV vendor via POE+ injector. <br />92. Ceiling speakers shall be flush mounted in accordance to the architectural detail. They shall be <br />divided into two 70V zones (5 speakers in each zone). Zone attenuation shall be possible <br />independently and audio volume control shall be done via Crestron control touch screen. <br />Speakers shall be tapped at their highest 70V wattage rating. Each speaker shall be installed via <br />supplied ACT bridge and secured to the upper deck by AV vendor. <br />93. There shall be 1 gooseneck and 2 wireless microphone systems used in this room; handheld and <br />lavaliere. Each microphone shall have independent volume control via the Crestron control <br />touch screen, coupled with digital feedback suppressor. Wireless microphone receivers shall <br />reside inside the AV rack, but the antennas shall be extended to the ceiling area via antenna <br />distribution system. <br />94. When not in use, wireless microphone elements shall be stored away inside the drawer with <br />customizable foam located at the AV rack. Elements shall be clearly labeled based on the room <br />they belong to. <br />95. AV vendor shall provide floor box that shall be installed by the GC/EC as per architect's <br />specifications and layout. Floor box shall feature AC power receptacle, mic XLR input for podium <br />gooseneck mic, HDMI for podium HDMI auto switcher and 2 LAN connections. <br />Appendix A - AV Overview and Scope of Work <br />
