14 157. Secured AV closet shall contain 2 floor standing racks with audio-visual equipment for Fitness Center 108, Large Classroom 109, Cooking Classroom 111, Catering Kitchen 112 and Banquet Hall 117. Fitness Center and Large Classroom systems shall each be standalone type. Cooking Classroom, Catering Kitchen and Banquet Hall systems shall be interconnected. Racks shall be ganged together and equipped with wheels to allow for ease of servicing in the future. All cables going to and from of the racks except for power surge supply cords shall be bundled and dressed together and placed inside the Techflex tubing with a minimum of 8' cable service loop. 158. Prior racks assembly, AV integrator shall provide proposed rack elevations to the City in writing for approval. City reserves right to make changes and influence the final elevations of the rack equipment. 159. AV racks shall also contain 32 -port managed POE LAN switch provided by the City of Sunny Isles Beach to allow for required audio-visual networking connections. Network switch shall be installed and wired by the AV integrator, but its LAN setup shall be done by the City's IT staff. North-East Covered Patio 160. AV integrator shall install 6 white wall mounted outdoor speakers in total (4 evenly spread across the Banquet Hall East side above the glass windows and 2 in the corners above the North entrance glass doors). 161. All speakers shall be tapped to their highest 70V wattage. 162. All speakers shall feature security hardware installed. 163. Speakers shall be powered by the 70V power amplifier (shared with 2 subwoofers) located inside the AV closet 119. 164. This audio zone shall be independently controlled via Crestron control touch screen at the AV rack or iPad. 165. Any AV source including all microphones shall be routable to the covered patio zone. 166.
