13 <br />system as per industry's best practices. Calibration tool shall be turned over to the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach for safekeeping. <br />150. Evoko Liso room scheduling touch screen shall be installed on the wall by the main <br />entrance at 60" AFF or as per architect's drawings and guidance. AV vendor shall assist City IT <br />staff with room scheduling system setup and integration with mail server. <br />151. Multimedia podium shall be custom built and shall be similar to shape and size of the <br />Coalesse Exponents Lectern but must adopt the AV technology, as specified. Millwork shop <br />drawings shall be required for City's approval prior manufacturing of the podium. Podium shall <br />feature, cable management, recessed locking wheels, lockable equipment compartment, large <br />laptop slanted top surface, Crestron cable cubby, Crestron 7" control touch screen and 24" <br />gooseneck microphone with shock mount. Finish of the podium shall be coordinated with the <br />architect. Multimedia podium shall be pluggable in either floor box inside the Banquet Hall. <br />152. Crestron cable cubby shall be flush mounted at the top of the podium and shall feature <br />convenience AC power outlet, USB -A and USB -C charging ports, HDMI gravity cable retractor, <br />USB -C gravity cable retractor, USB gravity cable retractor and RJ45 network gravity cable <br />retractor. HDMI and USB -C retractable cables shall be used for laptop connectivity and the signal <br />shall be routed automatically via included 4 -port HDMI auto switcher located inside the podium. <br />User shall not be required to select the type of the cable being connected to their laptop. USB <br />gravity cable retractor shall be used to allow web -based video conferencing via connected <br />laptop computer (i.e. Skype for Business, WebEx, GoToMeeting, etc.). USB connection shall have <br />audio (all microphones) and video (UHD PTZ camera) signals combined. <br />153. Crestron 7" control touch screen permanently attached to the podium top surface next <br />to the cable cubby, shall feature the following AV sources: Podium cubby, Wireless presentation <br />and Cable TV. Audio -only sources shall be independently mixed in over any of the selected AV <br />sources and they shall be: Bluetooth streaming, Podium gooseneck microphone, 2 wireless <br />handheld microphones and 2 wireless lavaliere microphones. <br />154. Volume control of 6 microphone XLR ports located inside the floor box under the <br />podium shall be done only at the DJ touch screen or iPad. <br />155. All required interfaces for lighting control via Crestron system shall be provided by the <br />GC/EC. All Crestron control touch screens and iPad shall also recall presets of the Lutron lighting <br />control system, provided and programmed by the lighting contractor. Lutron system interface <br />location shall be determined at later point. <br />156. City of Sunny Isles Beach shall provide Crestron control iPad app along with 9.7" Apple <br />iPad in black finish, that shall be placed into the wireless charging sleeve provided by AV <br />integrator. Charging dock shall be mounted inside the AV rack next to the Crestron 10" control <br />touch screen. City of Sunny Isles Beach shall provide wireless access points inside the Banquet <br />Hall to allow iPad Crestron control. <br />AV closet 119 <br />13 <br />Appendix A - AV Overview and Scope of Work <br />
