12 <br />139. Wireless microphones antennas shall be extended to the ceiling area of the Banquet <br />Hall in order to provide an adequate wireless microphones coverage. Antennas shall be <br />accessible via end projection lifts ceiling access panels. <br />140. 30 ceiling 70V speakers shall be mounted in accordance to the architectural detail and <br />they shall feature black finish. Speakers shall be mounted in line with light fixtures as per <br />architectural drawings. Each of 5 rows housing the light fixtures shall also accommodate 6 <br />ceiling mounted speakers. They shall be divided into two zones (18 speakers in the rear zone <br />and 12 speakers in the front zone). Zones attenuation shall be possible independently and audio <br />volume control shall be done via either one of 2 Crestron control touch screens as well as iPad. <br />Speakers shall be tapped at their highest 70V wattage rating. During the construction phase, <br />speakers' trim rings shall be provided and installed by the AV integrator. Each speaker shall be <br />secured to the upper deck by AV vendor. <br />141. West wall of the Banquet Hall shall feature UHD PTZ camera wall mounted at 96" AFF <br />over the 2 -gang box provided by GC/EC. Camera shall allow for IP streaming as well as any web - <br />based video conferencing via podium connected laptop computers (i.e. Skype for Business, <br />WebEx, GoToMeeting, etc.). Camera shall be controlled via either Crestron control touch screen <br />or iPad and it shall feature several presets as well as full pan, tilt and zoom commands. <br />142. Floor area of the Banquet Hall shall have two large AV floor boxes provided by AV <br />integrator and installed by GC/EC. Each floor box shall have its own unique set of AV <br />connections. <br />143. Floor box under the presentation podium near the East side shall contain AC power <br />receptacle, 1 Decora style white single microphone input plate for the podium gooseneck <br />microphone, 3 Decora style white dual microphone inputs plates for the future discussion panel <br />meetings, 3 POE LAN connections, HDMI white input plate for podium AV sources and USB <br />extension plate for the video conferencing AV bridge located at the AV racks. <br />144. Floor box at the DJ area near the North wall shall contain AC power receptacle, 1 Decora <br />style white single microphone input plate for the optional DJ gooseneck microphone, 1 Decora <br />style black audio line level record output plate, 3 POE LAN connections, HDMI white input plate <br />for AV sources, HDMI black output plate for optional DJ display connection and 1 Decora style <br />3G HD SDI input white plate for auxiliary camera connectivity. <br />145. AVlintegrator shall install <br />146. 10" Crestron touch screen shall be wall mounted over 2 -gang J -box provided by GC/EC, <br />at 60" AFF on the North wall and near the large DJ floor box. Its discrete bezel buttons shall be <br />programmed accordingly. Proximity sensor used for screen wake up shall be enabled. Touch <br />screen shall require POE+ LAN connection provided by AV vendor via POE+ injector. <br />147. There shall be 1 gooseneck and 4 wireless microphone systems used in this room. 2 of <br />the mic systems shall be lavalier type and other 2 mic systems shall be handheld type. All <br />microphones shall have independent volume control via the Crestron control touch screens or <br />iPad. <br />148. When not in use, all wireless microphone elements shall be stored away inside the <br />drawer with customizable foam located at the AV rack. Elements shall be clearly labeled based <br />on the room they belong to. <br />149. T -coil hearing loop system for hearing impaired with the flat wire coils placed under the <br />carpet, shall be installed by the AV integrator who shall also calibrate and commission this <br />12 <br />Appendix A - AV Overview and Scope of Work <br />
