Gateway Park Center PERKINS+WILL <br /> 810495.00 <br />12/06/18 <br />031000-14 Concrete Formwork <br />C.Forms for exposed concrete may be reused only if the surfaces have not <br />absorbed moisture and have not splintered, warped, discolored, stained, rusted <br />or peeled, subject to acceptance by the Design Professionals. The Design <br />Professionals reserve the right to require the Contractor to remove and <br />reconstruct such formwork as will produce subsequent areas that are acceptable. <br />Do not use "patched" forms for exposed concrete surfaces, unless approved by <br />the Design Professionals. <br />3.5 CORRECTIVE MEASURES <br />A.Where the Contractor requests that the Design Professionals develop the <br />corrective actions or review corrective actions developed by others, the Design <br />Professional shall be compensated as outlined in Part 3 – CORRECTIVE <br />MEASURES section of Specification 033000. <br />END OF SECTION
