Gateway Park Center PERKINS+WILL <br /> 810495.00 <br />12/06/18 <br />031000-2 Concrete Formwork <br />C.Definitions: <br />1.See Section 033000. <br />1.5 CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS <br />A.The work of this section shall be performed by a company specializing in the type <br />of concrete formwork required for this Project, with a minimum of 10 years of <br />documented successful experience and shall be performed by skilled workers <br />thoroughly experienced in the necessary crafts. <br />B.Contractor’s Testing Agency Services: Required as specified in Division 1, and <br />herein. <br />C.Materials and installed work may require testing and retesting at any time during <br />progress of work, as directed by Design Professionals. Tests, including retesting <br />of rejected materials for installed work will be done at Contractor's expense. <br />1.6 SUBMITTALS <br />A.Required Submittals - Where the SUBMITTALS section of this Specification is in <br />conflict with Division 1 Submittals, the more stringent requirements for the <br />Contractor apply. Required submittal items are listed here; see below for detailed <br />requirements. Do not submit items not requested. <br />(1)Submittal Schedule <br />(2)Shop Drawings <br />(3)Shoring/Reshoring Calculations <br />(4)Product Data <br />(5)Samples <br />(6)Compatibility Certification <br />(7)Hazardous Materials Notification <br />1.Submittal Schedule: See Section 033000. <br />2.Shop Drawings: <br />a)Submit for action: Formwork shop drawings sealed and signed by <br />a Professional Engineer licensed in the state where the project is <br />located. Shop drawings shall clearly indicate but not be limited to <br />the following: <br />1.Size, type and quality of form materials including <br />conditions at tops and ends of walls. (If wood is used, <br />indicate species.) <br />2.Form construction indicating structural stability and jointing <br />including special form joints or reveals required by <br />Contract Documents <br />3.Location and pattern of form tie placement, and other items <br />that affect the appearance of concrete that will remain <br />exposed to view.
