Gateway Park Center PERKINS+WILL <br /> 810495.00 <br />12/06/18 <br />033000-8 Cast-In-Place Concrete <br />e)Control or charge of construction means, methods, techniques, <br />sequences or procedures, for safety precautions and programs in <br />connection with the work. <br />2.TYPE 1 – Structural Submittal Review Stamp: For shop drawings for <br />building elements designed by the SER, the responses on the shop <br />drawing review stamp used by the SER require one of the following <br />actions: <br />a)APPROVED indicates that the SER has found that the information <br />presented on the shop or erection drawing appears to conform to <br />the requirements of the Contract Documents. Fabrication, <br />manufacture or construction of the elements of work shown in the <br />shop drawing may proceed, provided that work is in compliance <br />with the Contract Documents. <br />b)APPROVED AS NOTED indicates that the SER requires the shop <br />or erection drawing to be corrected to reflect the notes and <br />comments shown. Fabrication, manufacture or construction of the <br />elements of work shown in the shop drawing may proceed, <br />provided that work is in compliance with the notations shown on <br />the shop drawings and the Contract Documents. Promptly <br />resubmit the corrected shop or erection drawing for record. <br />c)REVISE and RESUBMIT indicates that the SER requires <br />resubmission of the shop or erection drawing after correction per <br />notes and comments. None of the elements of work shown on <br />the shop drawing shall be fabricated, manufactured or constructed <br />until the Contractor has received a returned shop drawing marked <br />Approved or Approved as Noted. <br />d)NOT APPROVED indicates that the shop or erection drawing <br />does not conform to the Contract Documents and must be <br />extensively revised before re-submittal. None of the elements of <br />work shown on the shop drawing shall be fabricated, <br />manufactured or constructed until the Contractor has received a <br />returned shop drawing marked Approved or Approved as Noted. <br />3.TYPE 2 – Delegated Design Review Stamp: For submittals for building <br />elements which are not designed by the SER but are delegated design <br />items, or for items that do not form part of the completed structural <br />system but impose loads on the structure, or for construction items or <br />activities which have an effect on the final structure. The responses on <br />the stamp used by the SER require one of the following actions: <br />a)NO EXCEPTIONS indicates that the SER has found that the <br />information presented on the submittal appears to conform to the <br />requirements of the Contract Documents. Fabrication, <br />manufacture or construction of the elements of work shown in the <br />shop drawing may proceed, provided that work is in compliance <br />with the Contract Documents. <br />b)EXCEPTIONS NOTED indicates that the SER requires the <br />submittal be corrected to reflect the notes and comments shown. <br />Fabrication, manufacture or construction of the elements of work
