Section includes tackable wall coverings. <br />1.2 ACTION SUBMITTALS <br />A. Product Data: For each type of tackable wall covering. Include data on physical <br />characteristics, durability, and flame-resistance characteristics. <br />B. Shop Drawings: Show location and extent. <br />C. Samples: For each type of tackable wall covering and trim. <br />1.3 CLOSEOUT SUBMITTALS <br />A. Maintenance Data: For tackable wall coverings to include in maintenance manuals. <br />1.4 FIELD CONDITIONS <br />A. Environmental Limitations: Do not deliver or install tackable wall coverings until <br />spaces are enclosed and weathertight, wet-work in spaces is complete and dry, <br />work above ceilings is complete, and temporary HVAC system is operating and <br />maintaining ambient temperature and humidity conditions at occupancy levels <br />during the remainder of the construction period. <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS <br />2.1 PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Surface-Burning Characteristics: Comply with ASTM E 84; testing by a qualified <br />testing agency. Identify products with appropriate markings of applicable testing <br />agency. <br />1. Flame-Spread Index: 25 or less. <br />2. Smoke-Developed Index: 50 or less. <br />2.2 WC-1, TACKABLE WALL COVERINGS <br />A. Basis-of-Design Product: Subject to compliance with requirements, provide product <br />indicated on Drawings or comparable product acceptable to the Architect.
