10.6 Entire Agreement. The foregomg terms and conditions constitite the entu-eagreement between the parties hereto and any representation not contamed herein shall be nulland void and of no force or effect. This Agreement supersedes all prior and contemporaneousagreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions of the parties, whether oral or written,pertaining to the subject matter hereof. NGN has provided services to the County and itsDepartments through various past agreements. Those past agreements will be deemed to beterminated and superseded by this Agreement. The only exceptions to this provision are set forthuiEXfflffiTD.10.7 Amendments. This Agreement may be amended only in writing upon mutualconsent of the parties hereto. No amendment, supplement, modification or waiver of thisAgreement shall be binding upon any party hereto unless executed in writing by such party. Nowaiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver ofany other provision of this agreement, whether or not similar, unless otherwise expresslyprovided.10.8 Notices.
